Queensland's underground zinc-lead-silver sector offers this permanent Mining Engineer post, focused on medium term planning for a major mine. Several faces operate at once and the work of development, stoping, ventilation, backfill, infrastructure, services and production readiness is tightly linked, with plenty of mine life to plan for.
You would own the plans and schedules that turn production and development targets into reality, and keep refining them. Work from Brisbane, fly in and out to site, or live at the mine. Visa sponsorship is available for suitably qualified candidates.
