Terms of Use

1. Your agreement

You accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy (all of which form part of them), as soon as you use JobsAbroad Kenya. If you do not agree to them, stop using the site.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Red Migration FZC, 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "You" means anyone using JobsAbroad Kenya.

2. The service we offer

JobsAbroad Kenya brings together vacancies in Australia and New Zealand whose adverts mention visa sponsorship. It also publishes visa guides drawn from official government material, articles on working and living abroad, and from time to time short videos. Readers in Kenya are our focus, though the site is open to everyone. Every vacancy offers buttons for applying by email, asking us a question on WhatsApp and joining our WhatsApp job channel. You do not need an account to use any of them.

3. Job adverts

Each advert reproduces the role, requirements, pay and conditions given by the employer, who may amend or withdraw the vacancy at any point. Jobs are taken down after their closing date, although some are filled earlier. We check adverts carefully before publishing them, but an advert may still be incomplete, outdated or no longer available. Confirm whatever matters to you before acting on it.

4. Sending an application

When you apply by email you write the message yourself and send it to jobs@jobsabroad.ke from your own mail app, after the button has taken you to our contact page. Nothing leaves your device until you send it. If you want to ask something first, message us on WhatsApp.

Whatever you send us (CV, certificates, references or other documents) must be accurate, current and yours to share. Forged or altered documents are a serious breach of these terms.

We can forward your application to the employer that advertised the job you picked, and to no one else without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled, and read our Disclaimer before planning around a job or visa.

5. What is allowed

You can read, print and share our pages to help with your own job search or that of family and friends, and link to any page. Anyone aged 18 or over may apply for any vacancy. You pay for your own device, connection and data.

6. What is not allowed

• Giving false information or applying in somebody else's name.
• Scraping the site, bulk-copying listings or harvesting them with bots.
• Selling or republishing our listings, or access to them, without our written permission.
• Attacking the site or probing it for weaknesses, trying to get into the admin page, or sidestepping our request limits.
• Uploading or spreading malware or other harmful code.
• Impersonating Red Migration FZC, an employer or anyone else.
• Using our email address or WhatsApp number to send spam, threats or fraud.
• Using the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Consequences of a breach

If these terms are broken we may block an IP address, set an application aside or stop replying, and in serious cases we may inform the authorities. Should your breach, or false information supplied by you, result in a claim or loss for us, you agree to reimburse our reasonable costs.

8. Who owns what

The name JobsAbroad Kenya, the design of the site and our guides and articles are the property of Red Migration FZC or are used with permission. An employer may own the wording of its job advert, and a video may belong to its maker. Please obtain our written consent before republishing any of it.

9. Services run by others

WhatsApp (Meta) carries chats and the job channel, and YouTube (Google) plays videos, so their terms apply when you use them. The other sites we link to, Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice, also have their own terms. We are not answerable for the availability of these services or of government websites, or for what they contain or how they operate.

10. Uptime and changes

We aim to keep JobsAbroad Kenya correct and online, but the site is offered "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, a provider outage, network trouble or security work can interrupt it. Without notice we may alter, pause or remove any part of the site or any job. Job pages disappear when roles close, so record the title, link and closing date of any job that interests you.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss caused by reliance on a listing, guide or article, or on anything an employer says to you. Nor are we liable for indirect loss, for example lost income or missed opportunities, or for decisions and actions of employers, immigration authorities or services we do not run. Statutory rights that the law does not allow to be excluded are unaffected.

12. Applicable law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai govern these terms and any dispute about them or about JobsAbroad Kenya, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, this leaves intact any protection that the law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

13. Other provisions

A court that finds any part of these terms unenforceable will cut back only that part, as little as necessary, and the remainder stays in force. Our delay in enforcing a term does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These terms and the policies listed above are the complete agreement about your use of the site.

14. Changes to the terms

We can change these terms from time to time and will update the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site afterwards, the revised version applies to you.
