Melbourne's CBD has a new restaurant in a historic laneway, in one of the city's most significant heritage dining rooms, and after a successful opening it is expanding its management team. A Restaurant Manager and an Assistant Restaurant Manager are being sought to lead a dining room, bar and private room.
The kitchen cooks generous, produce-led food over charcoal, and service is meant to be thoughtful and welcoming. Staff are chosen for how much they care about quality, provenance and guests feeling welcome, and sponsorship is available for management positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Join the management group of a young restaurant and help set its culture, standards and rhythm
