Key Responsibilities
- Keep daily operations in order across the hotel and the restaurant
- Make sure all licensing requirements, and the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, are followed
- Direct the front-of-house teams and help deliver outstanding service
- Manage staff and bookings, and keep the atmosphere warm, safe and professional for guests and colleagues
Requirements & Eligibility
- Holds, or is ready to obtain, a current NZ Duty Manager Certificate (LCQ + Manager's Certificate)
- A background in hospitality management or supervision
- Communicates and leads well, solves problems, and understands host responsibility and alcohol compliance well
- Stays positive and proactive when the pressure is on
