A Sydney hospitality group that is expanding, with several venues and a production kitchen, wants talented, creative Pastry Chefs to make desserts and baked goods that keep its customers returning. Levels run from Demi Chef through to Sous Chef, across the venues and the production kitchen, on full-time and part-time terms.
For the right candidate, the employer may sponsor under the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa, provided immigration requirements are met and you are already living in Australia.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years in busy, high-volume restaurant or production kitchens
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or equivalent
- Viennoiserie skills highly regarded
- Energetic and comfortable working at speed
- A positive attitude with a focus on the team
- Available across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Passion for quality ingredients and creative execution, with strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
- Currently living in Australia
