A growing hospitality group in Perth needs a Bar Manager or Duty Manager for its bar and grill. The right person has a minimum of 3 years behind the bar or on the floor in a busy pub, tavern or similar venue, and can run the day, lead the team and keep customers happy.
The job is full-time and long-term. Subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for a suitably experienced and eligible candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Run bar and venue operations day to day
- Lead, supervise and train bar and front-of-house staff
- Keep customer service standards high
- Handle stock control, ordering and inventory, plus cash management and opening and closing
- Meet RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety obligations
- Help with rostering, staff performance and cost control, and with functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 3 years in hospitality management or supervision
- Leads well and communicates strongly
- Has worked in a busy pub or tavern
- Current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or willing to get it
- Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays, reliably and professionally, and on their own
