Key Responsibilities
- Review and plan the pipeline and civil works, from sewer through to water and gas
- Compile tender packages containing drawings, specifications and quantities
- Oversee budgets, programs and the reporting of costs, and liaise with clients, asset owners, authorities and subcontractors
- Assist site teams on technical matters, including RFIs and variations
- Make sure work meets quality, safety and environmental standards, and provide input to ITPs, SWMS and risk assessments
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Practical experience across utility, pipeline or civil construction
- Understanding of Australian Standards and Queensland water and sewer authority requirements
- Knowledge of in-situ and precast concrete
- Ordering materials, and plant and equipment hire
- Strong skills in communicating
- Strong skills in dealing with stakeholders
- Queensland driver's licence, current
- Full Australian work rights
- Desirable: White Card, plus AutoCAD or Civil 3D and project software experience
