Key Responsibilities
- Look after the pasta station and keep it moving when the restaurant is full
- Make pasta fresh and cook classic Italian sauces and pasta dishes

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 2–3 years working as a Pasta Chef
- Strong background in fresh pasta and Italian cuisine, including preparing traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes with confidence
- Sound knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
- Close attention to quality, consistency and presentation, and able to run the pasta section efficiently in busy service
- Reliable and organised, passionate about Italian food and comfortable in a busy restaurant
