A cheerful Italian eatery in Toowoomba, open in the city for almost 12 years, wants a passionate Chef on its full-time team. Regulars come back for authentic flavours, quality ingredients and a warm welcome.
The Chef would help turn out consistently high-quality dishes, keep the kitchen to standard and work with a collaborative team in a busy, respected restaurant, with room to put forward ideas for the evolving menu. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook dishes to the menu and quality standards
- Keep the kitchen tidy and organised, and meet food safety and hygiene regulations
- Stay efficient under pressure in a fast kitchen, and work with colleagues so service runs smoothly
- Help control stock and keep waste low
Requirements & Eligibility
- Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Real passion for Italian cooking and for fresh, quality ingredients
- Able to keep an eye on detail while the kitchen is moving fast
- Strong teamwork and communication, and availability for a flexible schedule with weekends and evenings
- Italian-style pizza skills (stretching, topping, oven work) are preferred but not essential; full training is provided for the right candidate
