South of Melbourne, a busy American-style restaurant is hiring two types of kitchen talent: an experienced Head Chef, and an experienced Sous Chef or Cook. Burgers, grill and fryer work make up the menu, and a lot of preparation is done ahead so that the rush periods run smoothly.
Both jobs are full-time and start immediately, with shifts from Wednesday to Sunday. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Head up the line, or back it up, in a restaurant that turns over a high volume of covers
- Cook burgers and run the grill and fryer
- Do the heavy prep that keeps peak services flowing, on Wednesday to Sunday shifts
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Cook
- Time spent in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- Able to work Wednesday to Sunday
