Daytime kitchen leadership is on offer at a busy riverside café in Perth. The café serves breakfast and lunch only, so there are no evening shifts, though you must be free at weekends. It is looking for an experienced chef, described as a Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead, to take charge of the kitchen.
You would lead the team and keep service smooth while holding standards high for food quality, consistency and presentation. Employer sponsorship may be available for an exceptional candidate, subject to experience, performance, suitability and applicable visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the kitchen team through service
- Keep food costs, recipe costing and menu margins under control
- Watch wastage and portion sizes
- Handle stock, ordering, rotation and preparation
- Look after food safety and cleanliness and oversee the daily running of the kitchen
