A hospitality group with a strong name and room to grow is hiring a Head Chef for its waterfront restaurant, which seats around 80 guests. The kitchen cooks bold modern Australian food, plated small or for sharing, and prepares it on site from local produce.
As Head Chef you would agree menus with the owner, put the team together and train it, and take charge of the pass when service is full. This is a full-time post of 38 hours a week. The group will look at current head chefs and at senior sous chefs ready for a first head chef position, and the employer says it can discuss a sponsored visa with the right person.
