A new Italian restaurant with an open-air courtyard in Sydney, a long way from Nairobi, is recruiting Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs on a casual basis. It has 130 seats and serves guests from morning espresso to late-night cocktails.
The kitchen is looking for people with a strong culinary foundation and a keen eye for detail, who love exceptional cuisine. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate after the probationary period is completed and the relevant eligibility requirements are met.
