Hospitality · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $85,000 - $100,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
A Brisbane hotel wants a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager who will run its kitchen, set its menus and make dining and events memorable. The hotel serves bistro meals and bar food, and its functions and events side is growing, so the chef leads the brigade through everyday service and bigger occasions.
Those bigger occasions include celebrations, sporting lunches and charity events, and the food has to be consistent, good and commercially sound. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
A head chef's CV should name the kitchens you have managed, your costing results and your food safety training. Chefs in Nairobi or Mombasa can sharpen a head chef CV with Build AI CV before applying.
