Seaside, restored and busy, a hospitality precinct on Victoria's coast has several restaurants, bars, a beer garden and function and event spaces, and it is hiring experienced cooks who are truly invested in great food and in how guests feel. Cooks take direction from senior chefs, work a fast-paced kitchen and help with budgets and menu ideas in the area they know best.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for approved applicants. The roster rotates and includes weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, taking direction from the senior chefs
- Help give guests exceptional experiences in a fast-paced kitchen
- Contribute to budgets and menu development in the area you know best, and work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade-qualified with at least 12 months in the field, or, without a trade qualification, at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Has worked on budgets and menu development in their own area of expertise
- Takes direction well and keeps standards high
- Loves the pace of hospitality and genuinely loves food
- Keen to learn and progress in the career
- Communicates and works well in a team, puts guests first and takes pride in the craft, with the flexibility to work a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays included
