Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Inner Sydney has a premier hospitality and nightlife venue where an upmarket Italian-Mediterranean restaurant, an open-air terrace bar for cocktails and a late-night club lounge share one address. It is hiring a dedicated, experienced Chef for a permanent full-time place in the kitchen.

Expect shared Mediterranean plates, big events and late-night bar food, with the Italian-Mediterranean program running from dinner to weekend brunch, private functions and late trading. Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible visa holders can apply, and sponsoring opportunities (TSS 482) may be considered for qualified candidates who satisfy all Home Affairs requirements. Applications close on 8 November 2026.

Your CV should show your cookery qualification, the kitchens and volumes you have handled and your readiness for late shifts. Chefs in Nairobi or Mombasa can sharpen a Mediterranean chef CV with Build AI CV before applying.
