A modern community club on the Sunshine Coast, big enough to run several food and beverage outlets plus an events and function centre and a sports bar, needs a casual chef, or more than one. The right person can expect 35-40 hours a week.
Sponsorship will be considered for the right applicant once an agreeable trial period as a casual is behind them. Applicants must already hold the right to work in Australia when they apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Back up the head chef so service runs efficiently
- Follow the Food Safety Act and the food safety system
- Keep the quality of food at the highest level in all outlets
- Keep food consistent and up to standard in every outlet
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least three years in a commercial kitchen
- Bistro cuisine experience is desirable
- Excellent with people and a clear communicator
- Honest, reliable and positive about service, and a team player
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure, with time management that is essential
- Neat, tidy and well presented at all times
- Australian work authorisation required at the time of application
