Sydney's busy Malaysian restaurants have a vacancy for a hands-on Chef / Kitchen Team Leader, permanent and full time. The business is looking for someone proud of authentic flavours, steady food quality and a tidy, well-run kitchen, who will lead the kitchen team, work closely with management and report to the Company Director, across restaurant service and corporate catering.
A positive attitude helps, as does enjoying sharing knowledge, learning new skills and finding better ways of working.
A chef's CV for this role should show the cuisines you cook best and the kitchens you have led. If you are in Nairobi or Mombasa, draft a Kitchen Team Leader CV with Build AI CV.

- Order and receive stock, check ingredient quality and keep a lid on food cost and waste; help management improve recipes, menus and efficiency, and complete kitchen records and help resolve food quality concerns and customer feedback
