Big, bold, balanced flavours define the menu at an award-winning modern Asian restaurant in the Perth area, which is adding an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to a kitchen team that is already successful. Lunch and dinner are served seven days a week, with more than 1,000 covers every week.
The restaurant is one of several venues in a hospitality precinct that share a single kitchen, so expect a varied and busy workload, alongside senior chefs who enjoy developing the next generation of leaders. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Put out exceptional, consistent food at service, working to recipes and the direction of senior chefs and managers
- Move between sections, from pans and wok to fryers, larder and grill
- Stay productive on your own in a fast, high-volume kitchen
- Pitch in for the shared kitchen that supplies the precinct's venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years' work as a chef in a fast, high-volume kitchen
- Some Asian cuisine experience is preferred, though not essential
- Experience that fits the role you are applying for
- A commercial cookery certificate
- Flexible hours across weekends and public holidays, with drive and a willingness to grow into leadership
