Fire, quality produce and tight teamwork shape a Sydney kitchen that is growing and hiring. It wants a Chef de Partie or a Sous Chef who is at their best when service is fast and the energy is high, and applications from experienced and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs are both open.
Apart from the kitchen itself, the team cooks at one-off events in various places. It describes itself as close-knit and driven. Australian work rights are needed to apply.
Event cooking, kitchens you have run and your culinary certificate (KNEC or NITA, if you hold one) belong at the top of a Nairobi or Mombasa chef's CV. Build AI CV can set out a chef de partie CV simply.
