A harbourside bar and dining venue in Sydney is adding a Chef de Partie (CDP) and commis chefs to its kitchen. The venue is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner and cooks with an explorative spirit and close attention to detail in every dish.
Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available on a flexible, rotating roster, and the business is keen to bring an experienced CDP into its dynamic team. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place and keep ingredients fresh.
- Look after stock so it is stored in the best condition.
- Cook and serve dishes to the restaurant's quality and service standards.
- Train kitchen staff when the chef in charge asks.
- Keep all kitchen and food storage areas safe and clean.
- Help the kitchen team perform well and contribute to a harmonious environment among restaurant staff.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- A passion for cooking, punctuality and a hard-working attitude.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn, a supportive team player who values teamwork.
