A Melbourne bakery and hospitality business in the inner west, popular with regulars, wants an experienced, dependable Baker to take sole charge of the night bake. You will like it if you enjoy working while the city sleeps and want the shelves to look wonderful by daybreak.
Expect roughly 10 pm to 5 am, six days a week, Wednesdays off; hours will be confirmed with you and need some give. You own the bake end to end, from bread to pastries and donuts. The start is immediate, annual leave is 4 weeks, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate (if applicable).
Night-shift bakers should put reliability first. Show the products you bake alone, how you manage your time through a shift and any pastry skills. If you bake in Nairobi or Mombasa, include shop or hotel bakeries. Build AI CV makes it easy to present that clearly.
