Western Australia's South West has a coastal town that is booming, and a well-known bakery there is looking for a Baker. You would be working with the Bread Team Leader and the Production Manager, and the post is meant for someone keen to learn more and move ahead in baking.
Each shift starts at 2am and finishes at 12pm, over 4 days from Monday to Thursday. That makes 38 hours a week, with overtime if it is needed, and weekends are free. Sponsorship is available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
- Mix the white doughs and shape the sourdough
- Bake sourdough loaves in a three level bread oven
- Roll puff pastry
- Control stock
- Use a sound understanding of how sourdough and croissant dough ferment
Requirements & Eligibility
- Real enthusiasm for making quality products for the cabinet
- Team experience, plus a background in preparation, service and kitchen management
- Has worked before in volume bakery environments
- A formal trade qualification in commercial cooking, or something equivalent
- An excellent communicator
- HACCP experience is desirable, and food hygiene matters a great deal
- Has operated a commercial bread oven
- Positive, energetic and adaptable
- Comfortable working very early in the day
