IT & Technology

Kenya has a well known technology community, and Australian and New Zealand employers advertise for developers, support engineers, network and cloud specialists, data analysts and testers. This category lists those vacancies for people in Kenya who build and support systems, whether in Nairobi, Mombasa or remotely from elsewhere.

Technical recruiters want evidence of what you built and maintained. Name the languages, frameworks, platforms and tools you use, describe the size and purpose of the systems, and say what you personally delivered. A link to a code repository or portfolio helps. Certifications and degrees belong in their own section with the exact titles.

Read each advert for the stack, the level and whether work is on site, hybrid or remote within the country. Some roles may involve an assessment for certain visas, and many say whether the employer may sponsor a candidate. Eligible applicants of any nationality may apply to the roles that fit their experience.
