Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial control and day-to-day fund operations.
- Review the work of outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers.
- Lead financial reporting, covering NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Help with compliance and work with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners when needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Relevant client experience in the funds or property sector as a FM or Senior FM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong work ethic and initiative, and a proactive, positive approach to work.
