Health and Safety Manager

Visa sponsorship

Administration · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Auckland has a leadership post in health and safety at an environmental and engineering consultancy that describes its culture as people-focused and values-led. The Health and Safety Lead / Manager takes responsibility for Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) across New Zealand, building and improving the systems, assisting safe ways of working, promoting a positive safety culture, leading a dedicated HSW team and advising senior leaders and project teams.

Senior HSW people are welcome whether they are specialists or have managed a team or function. The consultancy is an Immigration New Zealand Accredited Employer, which brings AEWV sponsorship into play. It is a senior, hands-on post that rewards technical safety knowledge combined with clear communication. Coaching colleagues is as important as writing procedures.

Safety professionals in Nairobi or Mombasa should show the sites and sectors covered on a CV, the systems built and the teams led, with any NEBOSH study named. Build a health and safety manager CV with Build AI CV so your leadership record is clear.
