Key Responsibilities
- Develop and look after a book of independent customers and key accounts.
- Build relationships that last with customers and learn what they need.
- Spot ways to lift sales in existing accounts and win new business.
- Track sales against agreed targets.
- Feed back market and customer insights to the wider business.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and own your territory.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Ambitious and proactive with a commercial appetite and the confidence to convert opportunities into results.
- Background in FMCG, retail, wholesale, field sales or a related environment.
- Good grasp of retail and of independent customers.
- Proven track record in account management, sales or business development, with a commercial mindset aimed at sales growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on style with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
