A growing Perth provider that supports people with disability and delivers nursing care is recruiting a Service Manager, permanent and full-time. The role calls for an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to run care services for clients living with disability, direct the support workers and ensure the service meets NDIS regulations and government standards.
The employer may consider sponsorship for suitably qualified, experienced candidates who meet the requirements of the role, subject to eligibility and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Run care services for clients living with disability and see that person-centred support plans are in place
- Guide and mentor the support workers so clients get a high-quality service
- Keep the service in line with NDIS regulations and government standards, handling service delivery and client funds
- Build good relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
- Maintain complete documentation and assessments for every client, and develop and keep support plans current with clients, families and health professionals
- Make sure the team has the resources and training it needs for complex client needs, leading and guiding support workers to high standards of care and compliance
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA
- A record of disability care and/or aged care experience, ideally within the NDIS framework
- Leadership and people-management strength
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including with people from diverse backgrounds
- Committed to high standards of clinical care and compliance, understands the NDIS and has worked with clients who have complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
