Regional aged care homes in five Australian states need experienced Registered Nurses, and a leading private provider is collecting expressions of interest for permanent full-time roles. As a nurse you would give clinical care of a high standard and help residents keep their dignity and independence, with good outcomes for them, their families and the team.
The roster is flexible and rotating, covering 7 days a week, and there are learning opportunities and a career path at both state and national level. Sponsorship is available in regional areas of all five states for applicants who qualify under the eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective care that is centred on each individual resident
- Assess residents, plan their care and keep clinical records
- Give medicines and keep track of how residents are doing
- Work alongside colleagues from different disciplines, residents and their families
- Coach and guide care team members while helping to improve quality of care continuously
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, held as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (experience gained only overseas must fall within the last 5 years; Australian experience is highly regarded)
- Sound clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork, plus real dedication to person-centred, high-quality care
- Open to working in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Highly regarded: time in residential aged care, familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and experience leading clinical teams
