This healthcare company, owned in Western Australia, focuses on care at home. It provides in-home care, Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) services and community nursing, and it sends skilled nurses into residential aged care facilities and hospitals across Perth. It is recruiting experienced, qualified Registered Nurses for permanent full-time positions.
Your manager would be the Clinical Care Manager, and your shifts would be at a mix of sites around Perth, including the CBD and areas on both sides of the river. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Work through assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care for each patient, in line with accepted nursing practice and standards
- Liaise with colleagues from other disciplines and keep each patient's care joined up
- Give treatments, medicines and therapies as the care plan directs, and watch how patients respond
- Run health promotion activities and help educate patients
- Guide Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers day to day
- Keep patient records complete and correct
- Work to up-to-date clinical standards in homes, aged care, hospitals and community settings, follow Work Health and Safety legislation, uphold infection control and speak up quickly about incidents and hazards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration
- A nursing qualification relevant to working as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in community nursing and home care, with a minimum of one year's full-time relevant experience
- Current National Criminal History Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- A valid driver's licence
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- Infection Control certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
