An aged care operator running residential homes in regional Western Australia is hiring Registered Nurses for a team that puts support first. You would judge what residents need clinically, arrange care with other health professionals, put person-centred plans into action and keep them under review, and coach care workers so clinical quality stays high.
The operator wants kind, driven nurses who care deeply about older people. Eligible Registered Nurses already living in Australia may be offered visa sponsorship.
