A part-time Registered Nurse role is open at a 20-bed aged care home near Grafton, run by a values-driven, not-for-profit care organisation that serves communities across New South Wales. The organisation also provides home care services and retirement villages, and it wants someone motivated and enthusiastic.
The nurse brings a love of person-centred care and gives senior residents exceptional clinical services, with a strong, engaged and experienced leadership and corporate support team behind them. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Give residents person-centred clinical care
- Support residents living with dementia
- Apply clinical problem-solving to residents' care, and work shifts on varied days as part of the team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, held in full
- A working grasp of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Experience of caring for people with dementia, or a willingness to build it, and a genuine affinity for that work
- Communication and clinical problem-solving skills of a high standard
- A highly motivated approach to teamwork
- Availability for shifts on various days
- Vaccinations that follow the organisation's immunisation policy, covering a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical assessment
