Care homes need nurses who enjoy getting to know their residents, and a residential aged care provider that is growing across four states is hiring Registered Nurses for its home in Gosford, on the Central Coast. Positions are permanent or casual. New staff are looked after: you join a welcoming team, go through a structured induction and have a buddy beside you for your first shifts. Nurses with a hospital, community or aged care history are all encouraged to apply.
In the job you would lead person-centred care, decide on clinical matters, handle medications safely and build real relationships with residents and families, working with colleagues across the home. Sponsorship opportunities are open to suitable candidates.
Hiring managers in aged care read for dependability. A nurse from Nairobi or Mombasa can show it through steady employment dates, the wards or homes covered and the medication tasks trusted to you. Build a residential aged care nursing CV with Build AI CV so that reliability stands out.
