Key Responsibilities
- Offer personal and clinical care of a top standard at clients' homes
- Keep digital documentation and plans of care accurate, and communicate confidently with healthcare teams, clients and families
- Champion dignity, wellbeing and safety in every interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- A dependable vehicle and a current driver's licence
- AHPRA registration for the nurse roles
- First aid and CPR that are current
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, plus confidence with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential
