Key Responsibilities
- Look after clients in their homes with clinical and personal care
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans, and communicate well with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Promote safety, dignity and wellbeing every time you interact with a client
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle, along with first aid and CPR certificates
- Nursing registration (for the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy for digital care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential
