A not-for-profit provider of aged care homes, in-home care and retirement villages across NSW is looking for a keen, driven Registered Nurse to work part-time in one of its aged care homes in Dubbo.
Person-centred care is at the heart of the job. The nurse gives older people high-quality clinical care and is supported by an experienced, committed leadership group and head-office team. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate. The appointment depends on passing every pre-employment check, and applicants send a cover letter and resume.

Key Responsibilities
- Give older people in an aged care home high-quality clinical care.
- Deliver care that is centred on the person.
- Look after residents with dementia as well as other residents.
- Cover varied shifts on varied days within the care team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate nurses may apply.
- Experience with, or willingness to gain experience with, residents who have dementia, and an affinity for that work.
- Excellent communicator and clinical problem solver, highly motivated and an excellent Team player.
- Can work various shifts across various days.
- Meets the vaccination expectations of the organisation's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, shown by proof of the required doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine, plus annual influenza.
- Agrees to a National Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
