Registered Nurses are being recruited by a growing aged and community care provider in Darwin, Northern Territory, to look after residents in a community aged care setting with person-centred care. You would join an experienced multidisciplinary team, with regular mentoring from senior clinicians, support for continuing professional development and room for a real career.
Because working rights in Australia are required, the post is for applicants already in Australia, and employer sponsorship is open to eligible candidates there, with a route to permanent residency for those who qualify.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and draw up individual care plans
- Give wound care and medications, and keep clinical documentation up to date
- Keep an eye on residents' health and respond when their care needs change
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, and speak up for them to promote good clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams so that care is safe and of good quality
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Nursing qualifications that are relevant
- Earlier community aged care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
