Key Responsibilities
- Nurse aged care clients and NDIS participants, giving clinical care at home
- Assess clients' clinical needs, then prepare care plans and revisit them regularly
- Help clients manage their medication and note any shift in their health
- Write clear, accurate clinical records
- Liaise with families, carers and other healthcare staff while backing each client's choices, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience that fits the role: community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Good clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills
- Self-reliant in community settings, with a caring attitude towards safe, person-centred practice
- Readiness to move to the Northern Territory
