Key Responsibilities
- Give high-quality clinical care that follows each resident's care plan
- Watch residents' health and act when their condition changes
- Give medications and keep accurate clinical records
- Guide and support care staff, and communicate well with residents, families and the wider healthcare team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills, and a compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
