Key Responsibilities
- Care for clients in their own homes, clinically and personally.
- Record care accurately and keep care plans up to date.
- Keep clients, families and healthcare teams informed, and protect safety, dignity and well-being at every contact.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence and a dependable vehicle.
- Current National Criminal History Check.
- Nursing Registration, if it applies.
- First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Good people skills and comfort with digital systems for care notes and communication.
- Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential.
