A small, specialist provider of aged and community care that operates across regional Australia is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for its Darwin community team. You would support a range of nursing services in a community aged care setting, acting as an extension of the multidisciplinary team that looks after clients' clinical needs.
Sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency can be offered to the right candidates, and this is for onshore applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' health in full, looking at the social, emotional, physical and environmental sides of their lives
- Plan appropriate care, handle wound management and keep the records
- Give medication and chart it, and help residents with personal care

Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant degree
- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A current Australian driver's licence together with a current National Criminal History Check
