Hospitals across the Northern Territory are hiring Clinical Pharmacists for permanent and short-term posts, advertised from Darwin. You would see a wide range of clinical work among a diverse patient population, side by side with doctors, nurses and allied health staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer clinical pharmacy cover on hospital wards
- Check and reconcile patients' medicines
- Advise patients and share information about their medicines
- Help ensure medicines are managed safely and effectively, and team up with doctors, nurses and allied health staff
- Contribute to quality improvement and medication safety projects
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy
- Holds current AHPRA registration or is eligible to obtain it
- An Australian or New Zealand internship that is finished, under way or nearly finished; overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and commitment to high-quality patient care
