Automotive · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $35/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
An Auckland vehicle compliance centre is hiring experienced automotive car mechanics for permanent, full-time work from Monday to Friday. The centre inspects, services and repairs all kinds of vehicles, WOF inspections included, and the job involves stripping down imported cars ready for inspection, servicing, mechanical repairs and picking up parts from suppliers.
You will also need enough computer knowledge to log invoices, WOF inspections and repair time on the system. The employer is accredited under the AEWV sponsorship system, but the role requires New Zealand citizenship or residency, so it is for applicants already living in New Zealand who hold one of them.
Good workshop CVs show the makes you have worked on, the kinds of repairs you do and the paperwork you keep tidy. Build a mechanic CV with Build AI CV and put your servicing and diagnostic experience first.
