Fitter / Turner and Welder
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Christchurch, New Zealand · Full-Time · $36 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
A business founded in 2017 that builds, refurbishes and services cranes and lifting equipment across New Zealand wants a dual-skilled Fitter / Turner and Welder (Crane Technician) for its tight-knit Christchurch workshop team, with some field servicing support. It stands for uncompromisingly high workmanship, honest dealings with customers and a can-do attitude.
The requirements allow either the legal right to work in New Zealand or willingness to go through the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) process, which is how employer sponsorship works for overseas hires.
Tradespeople in Nairobi or Mombasa can lead the CV with their NITA trade test certificate, machine and welding experience, and any crane or hydraulics work. Build AI CV can put a fitter-turner and welder CV together.
