Appliance Service & Repair Technician
Onshore applicants only
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Fridges, washers, dishwashers, dryers, ovens and cooktops break down in homes across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and nearby areas, and a household appliance business wants a technician to find the fault, repair the machine and service it on site. The job is open full-time or casual from an immediate start, and people about to finish a refrigeration or electrical apprenticeship are welcome, particularly if they already have service and fault-finding experience.
Sponsorship may be considered for onshore candidates who are suitably qualified or experienced, under approved visa programs such as 482 or 407, subject to Australian immigration requirements. It is practical, independent work for people who like solving problems. Explaining the fault clearly to the customer is part of the job.
Technicians in Nairobi or Mombasa should list the appliance types diagnosed and the faults found on a CV, with any NITA trade test certificate, electrical licence and driving details. Build a household appliance technician CV with Build AI CV so your fault-finding record is clear.
